About This Project

These classes are designed to help students increase their flexibility and strength as well as overall body awareness.

Classes blend stretching movement with the graceful control of dance to tone and invigorate the body and release stress.

The aim is to develop core strength, ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well-balanced body.

This class is specifically designed to complement our Ballet Students and their training.

 

Students do not need footwear for this class. They must wear tight-fitting clothing from our uniform shop or leotards and salmon pink tights with their hair tied back so that they cannot get it caught or tangled in any way when they are doing their tricks.
